STADCO serves customers throughout the domestic and international aerospace industry, as well as domestic defense and national security contractors, numerous high tech and nuclear research organizations. Our ongoing apprenticeship program - sanctioned by the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA) - prepares candidates to assume leadership roles in the company. Indeed, over the years, many of our managers - including our plant manager - began as apprentices.

We are committed to sustaining uncompromising performance in design, manufacture and delivery of products with the highest level of quality.

We are also qualified to MIL-Q-9858A and MIL-I-45208A, operating under a Total Quality Management (TQM) regime with Statistical Process Control (SPC). These standards and systems are implemented under the immediate direction of the company president, our management team and supporting staff.

As such, our Engineering and Quality Assurance departments are fully integrated, including program managers, manufacturing engineers, designers, numerical control programmers, quality engineers, document control and quality control personnel. Every job is monitored from start to finish by data collection stations throughout the facility.

Our Quality Assurance department is backed by a multi-million-dollar inventory of inspection equipment, calibrated in our temperature-controlled facilities. This inventory includes a coordinate measuring machine, Theodolite, and laser tracker photogrametry system, among many other quality measuring tools and equipment.

Whether it's manufacturing components for our customers or for our own use, we believe that quality and accuracy are the standards.

Engineering is a core competency at STADCO. We are able to provide progressive manufacturing programs, tooling design, manufacturing engineering, NC programming and program management capabilities unrivaled in the industry.

Our state-of-the-art computing center receives and delivers reliable and accurate support to our numerical control engineering personnel. In turn, this supports STADCO's ability to produce a widening spectrum of projects.

We understand the use of CAD/CAM to meet customer specific requirements. Further, STADCO acquires, maintains, and protects your data and our engineering information, confidentially and securely.
